Project Description: I had the pleasure of working on a promotional animation video for the book “Unwavering” by N. Borrero. This project brought to life the vibrant cover pattern through illustration and typographic animation, using it as a key visual storytelling device.

Concept: To tell Nellie’s story, we created an illustrated world anchored by the book’s warm and diverse color palette. By adding paper textures and utilizing lines and shapes, we wove a powerful narrative of hope and possibility. Recorded segments and b-roll footage were sprinkled throughout to keep the connection with Nellie and highlight her leadership role in the business world.

Deliverables:

• Main Animation: Animation featuring footage of N. Borrero sharing her story.
• Social Media Animations: Short animations designed for social media platforms.
• Event Promotional Animations: Additional animations created for events where the book was promoted.

My Role: I was responsible for storyboards, illustrations, and animation. I collaborated closely with an Art Director, Copywriter, and Manager to bring this project to life.
